aven frowned hearing Hendrix knowing they were going to do it no matter what.“Alright.” She said and walked with her twin over to her bike. She put the bottled water in her saddle bag, and grabbed her helmet putting it on. She gave her twin a smile “I wish we could be with them yet tonight, but it’s still a ways up there, and mama said the roads were pretty winding.” She straddled her bike then ready to get to the clubhouse so she could get the doctoring up, and get some sleep. She frowned when another son walked up with a sack and just put it in her saddle bag. “Thanks.” She told him when he said he’d picked up what she dropped, and it was taken care of. She’d forgotten all about it just having left what fell except her bottled water, and ran after paying.

ethro watched them go and he got ready to go putting on his helmet and started his bike up. He went ahead and moved on around so he was beside Haven not wanting to leave her totally alone while Hendrix got onto his bike. He grinned at the son who brought Haven a bag, putting it in her saddle bag. He waited for them to be ready to head out then. Some of the sons were already on their bikes linking up with them running and waiting on them. He was more than happy that they had finally found her, and was taking her home tomorrow. Where she would be safe and sound from any guys like this last one. If she was around them then they could take care of the guy before he ever tried anything with her.

Hendrix nodded and said, "Yeah, I want to get there too, but I don't want to risk it with how tired Jeth and I are, plus you need some TLC, whether you want it or not." He gave her a smile before looking at the guy and nodded. "Yeah, thanks, man," he said before saying, "Like I said, Jeth and I are sticking right by you the entire way." He noticed when Jethro pulled up to stick close to her and knew he was doing it so Hendrix could get on his own bike. He rushed over and got his helmet on quick and started his bike up, pulling up and over to where Jethro and Haven just needed to pull up to him and waited on everyone so they could get to the clubhouse.

aven wasn’t about to mention that she hadn’t really slept in days to her brother. Not with worrying that Tank was going to catch her unaware. Like he had done tonight, but then with the other Sons around she had let her guard down some. She started her bike as her twin ran over and got on his bike. She wasn’t happy about the TLC part, but then it might be nice for a change too. She’d been on her own way too long. When the sons started to pull out she pulled out heading behind them noticing more sons falling in behind her brother and Jethro. Tank did have some bad news friends from his club that were probably around and watching, but she wasn’t going to bring that up tonight.

ethro stayed right with Haven as Hendrix ran over and got on his bike. When the sons were pulling out he was ready and went with them flanking one side of Haven knowing Hendrix had her other side. Hopefully the clubhouse wasn’t too far away, and they could get a room. He had a feeling Haven was going to try and talk him out of patching her up too, but that wasn’t going to happen. He was still hungry too. He’d take care of her, and then eat his food, probably sharing it with Hendrix who had only grabbed a water.

Hendrix followed the Sons and stuck right next to his twin. It felt good to have her back. He knew he'd be able to at least get some good sleep for a change, not really having gotten great night sleep since she left all those years ago to college. Sure, he's gotten sleep, but never a good night's sleep. He's learned how to cope with that over the years, functioning off of just a few hours a night now.

aven kept up with the others as they drove down the streets. Luckily they were pulling into what looked like their clubhouse here. There were quite a few bikes out front. She parked her bike, turning it off and sighed. She’d enjoyed that rolling thunder. She took off her helmet and got off of her bike. Opening up her saddle bag she put the helmet in where it went, and grabbed the sack and her bottled water. Her backpack was still on her back. Not like it mattered, it only had bandages in it and her cell phones that she had thrown in it. Well a few things she had grabbed from her cottage that mattered to her. She hadn’t taken time to grab any clothes. She’d have to borrow from her mother and her sister in law Mabel till she was able to get some new ones. She started to turn to Hendrix and she stumbled a little, but Jethro was right there catching her arm.

ethro parked his bike and took off his helmet. Getting off he tucked it away in his saddle bag before grabbing his own sack and Hendrix’s drink. He turned back to them ready to head in, and he caught Haven’s arm as she stumbled. “You alright?” He asked her and she groaned slightly nodding. He kept a hold of her arm till Hendrix was off his bike and ready to head inside. Some of the sons stayed outside while others headed inside of the clubhouse. He was ready for a cigarette too, but that could wait till they got Haven taken care of and settled in for the night. Then he’d see about grabbing a beer and smoking to his heart’s content.

Hendrix was getting his helmet off when he saw his twin stumble. He was going to try to catch her, but Jethro righted her faster. He was grateful for his best friend and how much care he showed his twin, but then again, they were all family, not just friends. He finished getting his helmet off and stored it before making sure his bike was set straight and moved to Haven's side. "Come on, Have. Let's get you settled and patched up so you can get some sleep," he told her, wondering if she had anything to eat already. "Are you hungry?" He asked her with a frown, remembering he didn't actually grab anything himself. He'd run out and get something if he absolutely had to but a lot of times, clubhouses did have some food.

aven frowned going with her twin and noticed Jethro was right there on her other side. “I grabbed some snacks at the gas station.” Snack food was what she’d been living off for the last week. As she thought about it she couldn’t remember the last time she’d really had real food. Something that resembled real food. She walked into the clubhouse with them looking around. It sorta reminded her of the bar and clubhouse back in Watonga. Right now she didn’t care, she just wanted to snack on something, get this bandaging over with and go to sleep. She looked at a son that came up to them and asked how many rooms they wanted.

ethro followed them in staying close on Haven’s other side. He had seen a lot of different clubhouses on their trip out here to California so he didn’t look around too much. “Just one.” He said figuring he’d crash on the floor if need be if there wasn’t a chair or a couch in it. He saw Haven frowned at him, but he just grinned. He didn’t need a room of his own to take away from somebody else. Wasn’t like the three of them hadn’t crashed together before. They’d done plenty of that when they were teenagers. This way they could keep watch on Haven overnight too.

Hendrix nodded. He couldn't really blame her for just getting snack food, that's pretty much been his diet for this entire trip too. He and Jethro had stopped at occasional dives or diners, but it was mostly gas station food. He looked over at the Son and nodded, hearing Jethro. "Yeah, we're not letting you out of our sight, especially tonight," he told his twin. He followed the Son when he started to lead them to an available room and walked in, saying, "Thanks." He made sure Haven was comfortably sitting on the bed before he really looked around the room. There was a chair in the corner at least and the bed definitely big enough for at least two people.

aven sighed hearing them, and went with them back to the room. She let out a sigh when she was sitting on the bed. She sat her bag down on the bedside table, and her water. She gave Jethro a glare when he told her to lay down. She did so anyhow after taking her backpack off as he sat his stuff down by hers. “There’s bandages in my backpack.” She told him. At least she had stopped to buy some of those after what happened. That and some snack food she’d grabbed before finding a hotel to hide out in for a while in Monterey. She didn’t watch him get his stuff ready. She felt him push her shirt up and then pull the bandage off. She let out a yell when he didn’t even tell her to be prepared.

ethro sat his stuff down on the table. “Lay down.” He told her and just grinned at her glare. He heard her about the bandages, but pulled out a first aid pack he had thrown in his sack. “I got some.” He told her and he sat it on the bed beside her. He pulled her shirt up and pulled the bandage off, throwing it away. He put some gloves on then frowning as he looked at her wound. “Of course you haven’t put anything on it. It’s starting to get infected or is down inside probably.” He shook his head at her. With a smirk he didn’t take mercy on her, and sprayed the disinfected all over her wound. She about came up off of the bed with a yell, and he barely caught her wrist as her fist was heading towards him. “Told you we were going to clean it up.” He said not backing down as she was cursing at him.

Hendrix sat in the chair, letting Jethro clean her up. He frowned seeing the extent of the injury, but he let Jethro handle it all the same. He wasn't even going to ask right now what happened for her to receive that nasty looking cut. He knew he could handle her reactions and truthfully he earned anything she managed to land for not warning her. That disinfectant definitely hurt like hell. He sat back and just watched him patch her up. If he really needed back up, he'd jump up to help, but he seemed to have it under control at least for now.
